Busy Busy Month of February!


I don't know that busy quite covers it!  We got through Spence Birthday week which include a wonderful visit from my mom, a few cakes and a hike at the beach.  Dillan and Luke had a great time chasing the waves and trying to stay dry while Dakota and I lounged in the sun.

Just after our birthday week ended, we shared a cold as a family.  It has taken us all a while to get over completely, but we are almost there.  Thinking about buying some stock in Kleenex next cold season.

Our biggest news is that we put an offer in on a house and it was accepted.  We went into escrow on Friday - if all goes well with financing, appraisals and inspections, we should be homeowners in about 43 days.  We are very excited about this new part of our marriage and about owning a house, but I don't think either one of us has really wrapped our minds around it yet.

We are half-way through this pregnancy - 136 days down, 136 days to go - as of today.  Starting to get excited and anxious, but with so much going on, its easy to forget for a moment that soon we will have an infant and a toddler.  We find out if its a boy or a girl on March 1st, so check back then.
